Domestic Shipping (Australia)
- Free shipping for orders over $99+ AUD
- Flat rate of $10 AUD for orders under $99 AUD
- Express shipping available for an additional $15 AUD.
International Shipping
- International shipping is calculated at checkout.
- Each delivery may be subject to import duties and taxes. The Dog Robe is not responsible for these charges.
Shipping Times
We aim to process and ship orders within 2-3 business days. Delivery times may vary based on your location and shipping method chosen.
Please allow an additional 5 business days for personalised orders to ship.
Returns and Refunds
We want you and your pup to be thrilled with your purchase. Here’s our simple returns and refunds policy:
- Items can be returned if the tag is still attached, and the item is in its original condition.
- Item must be lodged for return within 7 days of receipt.
- Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
- Shipping cost is non-refundable.
- Personalised items, and items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return unless faulty.
